According to the Ukrainian news agency, about 100 criminals detained in the Chernokozovo prison colony in Chechnya are preparing to be deported to Ukraine. All of them have been convicted of serious criminal offenses(robberies, murders, drug trafficking). To those who have been convicted for political reasons (for extremist activity or terrorism) no such proposals have been made to them.
To criminals who agree to fight in Ukraine, have promised a full amnesty if they return alive. It is worth noting that criminals who will fight in Ukraine are not allowed to have contact with their relatives and generally state that they will fight in Ukraine.
