The office of the European Union Advisory Mission for the Reform of the Civilian Security Sector in Ukraine (EUAM) in Mariupol, Ukraine was attacked by Russian artillery, said on Tuesday night the High Representative of the EU, Josep Borrell.
According to the Spaniard, EUAM “received reliable information that its office in Mariupol was hit by a Russian bombardment”, resulting in “great damage”, however “no member or contractor of the mission was injured”.

“We urge Russia to immediately end its military offensive and withdraw unconditionally all its forces and military equipment from all over Ukraine, as called for by the UN General Assembly and ordered by the International Court of Justice,” the Hague tribunal said in a statement. Mr. Borrell.
