The main stage of the world’s most famous Tomorrowland electronic music festival was completely destroyed by fire on Wednesday, 2 days before the start tomorrow, Friday.

Tomorrowland is also organized this year in Belgium, in the city of Bum and 100,000 people have booked tickets for the festival, with many planning to camp.

Pictures shared on local news sites and social media showed flames and black smoke clouds wrapping the scene and spreading to nearby forests.

The organizers announced that there were no injuries from the devastating fire, that the festival would normally take place in the next two weekends and that they are working to “find solutions”.

Also, the festival’s Dreamville campsite will open as scheduled today.

Several dozen djs and stars of electronic music – including David Guetta, Lost Frequencies, Armin Van Buuren and Charlotte de Witte – will appear on Friday for the first weekend, with two -thirds of events sharing between the most damaged central scene and Freedom.
