“The explosion caused the windows damage from the 6th to the 11th floor,” Mr Klitsko described via Telegram.
In the capital, as well as in most of Ukraine, a long alarm came into force after Air Force warnings for Russian rocket raids and unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Kremlin downgrades the possibility of organizing such a meeting in the near future.
The two warring sides have diametrically opposing positions, as their latest conversations have shown. Kiev also accused Moscow of sending low -ranking representatives to bilateral contacts, without power to make decisions.
Russia requires Ukraine essentially to give it the four regions it says it has annexed, in addition to the Crimean peninsula. Kiev rejects this claim as unacceptable and does not stop asking his allies in the West to send more weapons.
