US President Joe Biden said today that Russian President Vladimir Putin appears to be isolating himself in Russia and may have fired or placed under house arrest some of his advisers.
“He appears to be self-isolated and there is some evidence that he fired or placed some of his advisers under house arrest,” Biden said, without elaborating.
“But I do not want to pay too much attention to that right now.”
