To Mexico Chairman Seinbaum was denied a Tuesday announcement yesterday that released the previous US Federal Prosecution Service of the Prosecution drug (DEA) On bilateral agreement to combat trafficking along the border of the two states.

“Dea has made a statement – we do not know which basis. We did not close any agreement, nor our security service (of our country), with the DEA, “said Ms Seinbaum.

Yesterday Monday, DEA said in a press release that published a “bold new initiative” jointly with Mexico in order to combat “cartels whose trafficking networks are responsible for flooding US communities with deadly synthetic drugs” southwestern borders’ of the US.

This program includes, according to the announcement, “Mexican researchers, representatives of the US class enforcement forces (US) prosecutors, ministry ministry officials and members of the information community.”

The Mexican president acknowledged that a team of Mexican police officers are involved in training in Texas and that a bilateral agreement is under negotiation “for months”, and is expected to be signed soon, but “nothing more”.

“Any joint announcement should be made together. We do not confirm any US statement unless there has been a consultation with the Mexican government before, “Mrs Seinbaum insisted.

The government of Republican President Donald Trump has threatened to impose prohibitive customs duties on Mexican imported products if the Mexican government does not do more to prevent drug trafficking as well as the movement of people along the border.

President Seinbaum has promised to work with Washington in the fight against drug trafficking, but rejects any “invasion”, violating her country’s national sovereignty – while in the US there is an increasingly talk of military “choices”.

The Mexican authorities have been delivered to the US, including 26 last week, as part of the venture to prevent substance trafficking, especially fentanyl.
