US Secretary of State Marko Rubio held a meeting with his Israeli counterpart Wednesday Gideon Saar at the State Department.

The two men were photographed before they started their conversations, but did not accept questions from journalists. According to Reuters, however, after the meeting, the Israeli minister asked what Tel Aviv’s plan is for a Palestinian state, said that “There will be no such thing.” Saar described the meeting with Rubio as “very good”.
