Thousands of Israelis protested outside the home of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem tonight, as fears of hostage fate after the start of the Israeli forces operation to occupy the city of Gaza.

Many of the hostages are believed to be in the city as they are used as human shields by Hamas and members of their families have been concerned that they could be executed by their kidnappers or killed in Israeli forces raids.

While the main rally was held outside Netanyahu’s residence, hundreds of other rallies were held outside his office, where he gave a press conference for the economy, according to The Times of Israel.

“What exactly do you want to boast about now? This morning I woke up, an hour away from the border, and my house was shaken“, Said Maccabi Mayer, aunt of Homer Galli and Ziv Berman, referring to explosions of Israeli forces attacks in Gaza that were felt miles away.

“So what will happen to Galli and the Zib who are there when my house was shaken, an hour away? What in the good do you do? Where are you driving us? Where are you driving this wonderful nation? You are not worthy of this nation »he said.

Mayer urges Netanyahu to go out and talk to families.

“We are not guerrillas. We are tortured families. Just go out now, in the name of God, and talk to us »he ended up.
