Hundreds of passengers were rushed to the Stanstend Airport terminal, one of its largest Britainafter fire which occurred in the early morning hours.
Specifically, at about 3:30 in the early morning of Wednesday, emergency services were called to an airport hall, as “significant quantities of tobacco” had filled the terminal. Immediately, authorities proceeded to evacuate the site.
Airport Fire Service confirmed that the fire was extinguished quickly and There were no reports of injuries.

However because of the large amount of tobacco, passengers were transported preventively in the courtyard of the terminal for protecting their health.
