During this time, all military operations – including air and soil wounds – will be suspended, and the fronts of the battles will freeze until the conditions for the gradual withdrawal of all forces are fulfilled.
  4. Within 72 hours of the public acceptance of the agreement by Israel, all hostages – living and dead – will be returned.

For every Israeli hostage whose relics are returned, Israel will deliver the relics of 15 inhabitants of Gaza.
  6. As soon as all the hostages are returned, Hamas members who will commit to peaceful coexistence and disarmament will receive amnesty. Members of Hamas wishing to leave Gaza will offer safe crossing to host countries.
  7. With the acceptance of the agreement, complete humanitarian aid will be sent immediately to the Gaza Strip. The amount of assistance will be at least the one provided for the agreement of 19 January 2025, and will include the rehabilitation of infrastructure (water supply, electricity, sewer), the restoration of hospitals and bakeries, and the entry of the necessary equipment for removal of debris.
