The Bliss Nightclub in Washington apologized via Instagram for an awful spectacle in which strangers showed her body of murdered rapper Goonew at their tent at his funeral.
The memorial service was held Sunday, weeks after the hip-hopper was fatally injured during a shooting at the age of 24.
The statement was posted in the middle of a video shared on Twitter allegedly showing the murdered rapper, whose real name is Markel Morrow, placed in the Bliss nightclub, while the fans around him mourn… dancing. And as if the macabre spectacle was not enough, the hip-hopper’s body was adorned with a hood, a watch and a crown.

A source who watched the macabre public screening, entitled “The Last Show”, confirmed that the people in charge they charged $ 40 to enter the space, wrote the site Shade Room.
Although at first it was unclear whether it was actually Goonew’s body or a mannequin, everyone seems to agree that it’s his body…
“During the event, Goonew’s body was placed on stage, wearing branded clothing and a crown,” Shade Room wrote on Instagram. According to XXLMag, Black Fortune – a rapper who appeared and sang at the event – wrote in an Instagram story: “No, this is not a wax figure, my brother left in a gansta way.”
Social media condemned the event as macabre and disrespectful, noting that the young man deserved better behavior.
