Hamas’ armed wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, said it would postpone Tuesday’s scheduled handover of the body of a hostage it had recovered, citing Israeli violations of the Gaza ceasefire.

Israel: Hamas knows where the remains of the dead hostages are

However, the armed group has said several times that it cannot locate all the dead hostages in the Gaza Strip, stressing that it has already handed over all the hostages it could access, according to the Jerusalem Post.

Locating the remaining hostages requires extensive efforts and special equipment, Hamas claimed.
