The help of firefighters was needed by a woman, who accidentally threw her mobile phone in the hole of an external toilet in the forest and fell inside while trying to catch it.
Bryon’s fire chief Tim Manley said the woman, who was at the top of Walker Mountain in northwest Seattle Olympic Park, was using her phone when she fell on the toilet.
Manley said the girl disassembled the toilet seat and used dog leashes to try to grab the phone which he then tied to her. However, her attempt failed and she fell on the toilet with her head.
The woman was alone and tried to go out for 10 to 15 minutes. When she finally picked up her phone, she called 911, Manly said.
Responding firefighters crossed her squares to stand to reach a leash, which they used to pull her out of the vault. The Brinon Fire Department said the woman said she was not injured.
After rinsing, she was urged to see a doctor as she was exposed to human feces, “but all she wanted was to leave,” says Tim Manley.
“I have been doing this job for 40 years, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me,” he added.
