In a video posted on social media, the commander of the 36th Ukrainian Marine Brigade in Mariupol made an urgent appeal for help as there are no medicines and conditions for the treatment of the wounded. In this context, he calls for the evacuation of soldiers and civilians from Mariupol, as happened in Dunkirk during World War II.
