European Union member states that refuse to implement embargo on Russian oil will be “complicit” in war crimes, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said today.
“If a European country continues to oppose the embargo on Russian oil, then it would be fair to say that this country is an accomplice to the crimes committed by Russia on Ukrainian territory“, Said Kuleba in a video posted on Twitter.

The Commission recommends that the remaining countries ban imports of Russian crude within six months and refining products by the end of the year.
