Nearly 4 million people left Russia in the first quarter of 2022 according to the FSB

In the first quarter of 2022, 3,880,679 Russians left Russia, according to border crossing statistics released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).

Specifically from Russia left for Agriculture 38,281 people, five times more than they left in the first quarter of 2021 (8,504).

In Armenia 134,129 people left, three times more than in the first four months of 2021 (44,586). In the Azerbaijan 56,475 people went (in the first quarter of 2021 it was 20,378), to Uzbekistan 53,084 people (in the first quarter of 2021 it was 15,206), at Tajikistan 40,054 (the first quarter of 2021 was 8,857).

Also, the number of people who left Russia for 204,947 almost doubled. Kazakhstan (last year it was 122,330).

In the first quarter of 2022, 328,435 people left for Ukraine (last year in the corresponding period 316,286 left). Most people who left in the first quarter of 2022 went to Abkhazia (744,548 against 789,330 in the corresponding period last year).

In Europe in the first trimester the restrictions due to coronavirus were in force and one could only go for a specific purpose.
