by

The Ministry of Agriculture defined the rules for the home office in the executive secretariat. The agency will limit to a maximum of 40% of the servers, with a forecast of up to two years extendable.

According to specialists, the setting of productivity goals is noteworthy. According to the new rules, after the initial period of six months of implementation in the executive secretariat, the table of activities will be reviewed and should establish a productivity increase in telework tasks between 20% and 50% in relation to face-to-face activities.

“The program has more robust performance goals for those who want to take advantage of this mechanism, it prohibits the payment of additional and bonuses and makes it clear that the costs for carrying out professional activities are borne by the server”, says lawyer Fabrício da Mota Alves, a partner at the Serur Lawyers.

The measure is part of the management program of the federal public administration of the Ministry of Economy and must be regulated in each portfolio.
