Signed today, June 8, 2022, between the Minister of Finance Mr. Christos Staikouras, as a representative of the Greek State, and the Athens IRC Concessionaire (MGGR LLC, MGE HELLINIKON BV and GEK TERNA SA Holdings, Real Estate, Construction) Concession Agreement for the operating license of the Casino Company (EKAZ) of a wide range of activities in the Metropolitan Pole of Elliniko – Agios Kosmas and the construction of a hotel, conference and exhibition center and a gathering place for sports or cultural events.

The Concession Agreement is part of a network of important legislative interventions, but also maturing actions, undertaken by the Ministry of Finance from July 2019 until today, in the direction of starting and implementing the investment in Elliniko.
The Ministry of Finance, firmly committed to the development planning of the Government, with faith in the development possibilities of the project and with the appropriate security required by the defense of the public interest, continues to contribute, in practice and consistently, to the rapid start and development of a large the national economy.
