Secovi-SP publishes this Monday (20) the May edition of the survey on the residential rental market in the capital of São Paulo.
The index that evaluates the expected time until the signing of the contract showed a delay of up to 84 days. In houses and townhouses, drainage takes 32 to 56 days and in apartments it takes 36 to 84 days.
The data show an increase compared to the previous month for apartments, when the wait in April ranged between 34 and 82 days. For houses, the weather was stable with time between 34 and 82 days.
The deadline is well above what was observed before the pandemic. In 2019, the range varied from 17 to 44 days.
The lease value points to an increase of 2.21% in the accumulated from June 2021 to May 2022, according to the Secovi-SP survey.
