Mônica Bergamo: Lawyers who fight at Eldorado Celulose meet and signal agreement

On opposite sides of the dispute for control of Eldorado Brasil Celulose, lawyers Eduardo Munhoz, linked to the Batista brothers, and Eduardo Damião, of the Widjaja family, had lunch together at Trattoria Fasano this week.

The meeting signals the possibility of opening a mediation to resolve the dispute through an agreement.

The Osesp Foundation held a thank-you dinner for its patrons at Sala São Paulo, on Wednesday (24th). Among the guests were businesswoman Lucília Diniz and her husband, Luiz Carlos Trabuco, chairman of the board of directors of Bradesco, José Olympio, president of Credit Suisse, and his wife, Andrea Pereira, and the chairman of the board of the foundation, Pedro Relative, and his wife, Joana Parente.
