With reference to the privatization program, according to the update that followed, the following emerges:

Attiki Odos

•At the next meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for July 21, the framework governing the Request for Binding Offers process will be approved and pre-selected investors will be given access to the VDR.

•According to the planning, the posting of the initial draft of the Concession Agreement will take place at the beginning of September at the latest and the submission of financial offers is expected within the first quarter of 2023.

DEPA Infrastructure

•The tender is in the process of financial closure, with a date within September at the latest.

Egnatia Street

• Completion of the financial and construction agreements and their submission together with the rest of the tender documents to the Court of Auditors for review, in order to proceed with the procedures for signing the Concession Agreement.

Athens International Airport

• The continued recovery of passenger traffic, combined with the seamless operation of the airport, leads to the completion of the evaluation of the alternative scenarios for the utilization of the equity participation in the concession company.

Ports

•Binding offers for Alexandroupoli on 29/7 and for Igoumenitsa on 5/8.

• The tender for the port of Heraklion is in progress (Phase B) with an estimated date of submission of bids in Q4 2022.

•For the port of Volos, the following are in progress:

-Connection with the railway line.

-The study for the tourist shelter and the marina.

Marinas

• The tender for the Mega Yachts marina in the port of Corfu is ongoing. The evaluation of the four schemes that have expressed interest is in progress.

• The tender for the concession of the marina in Pylos continues. New deadline for submission of offers 30/9.

Underground Natural Gas Storage

• Additional options for rationalizing the business risk of the investment are being evaluated, following the RAE decision that defines the acceptable level of socialization.

• The Concession Agreement has already been posted on the VDR and we await the comments of the interested investors.

DEPA Trade

•As mentioned in the Asset Development Plan, we are considering alternative exploitation scenarios although the wider conditions and the uncertainty prevailing in the international energy markets do not favor any relevant planning.

EYDAP and EYATH

• In due course, decisions will be made for the optimal utilization of the percentages held by the Fund in the two companies (11% EYDAP and 16% EYATH).

Real estate

• The tender for the former construction site in Antirrio is ongoing

• The competition for the Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulos will start immediately.

• The signing of the contract with the investor for Gournes Heraklion and the property in Tavros is expected in the autumn.

• For the property in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, the completion of the pre-contractual audit by the Court of Auditors is pending.

Properties with thermal springs:

-Next week the former Xenia in Kythnos and the right to utilize 2 thermal springs will be handed over to the investor.

– The tender for the property of Loutropoli in Kamena Vourla is in progress.

– The start of the procedures for the exploitation of the thermal springs of Thermopylae and the thermal spring and the Koniavitis campsite is expected.

Strategic Importance Contracts Unit

Forest clearings

•From last April until the middle of June, 20 contracts have been signed that exceed 43 million euros.

• In 40 areas throughout the country, work is being done.

•A total of 80,000 acres will be cleared.

•Maintenance and opening of nearly 12,000 km of forest roads and 1,600 km of fire protection zones.

CG PPP – Strategic investments

•The tender for the Integrated Information System (ISIS) of the General Public Sector PPP – 1.73 million euros is in the phase of awarding a contractor.

•The project matured in record time (2 months).

Reform of Interagency Market Control Unit (DIMEA)

•The tender for the OPS for the management of market controls is in the approval phase.

• By the end of 2022, the selection of the contractor for the operational center for the collection and processing of market surveillance data will be completed.

• Until the end of August, the tender will be held for the provision of administrative support to the DIMEA Audit Project.

•Until the end of July, the tender of the projects for the supply of vehicles for inspections, houses and 3D scanners for inspection of commercial loads.

AEGIS Program (Civil Protection)

• The beginning of August is expected to start the tender for folding bridges for the Greek Army – amounting to 12.5 million euros (tender documents are ready).

•In the summer, the supply of firefighting vehicles will be auctioned – 65 million euros.

• The process for the supply of additional vehicles – amounting to 37 million euros – is expected to begin in the autumn.

• The first 12 archaeological sites have been identified for the installation of fire detection systems – amounting to 27 million euros.

•The tender procedures for the upgrade of Canadair and the supply of a new flying firefighting fleet will be launched in the Autumn.

Renovation of OAKA

•A temporary contractor was appointed and the contract for the inspection of metal structures and the static adequacy study was signed within August.

• The tender for the preliminary study concerning the restoration and upgrading of the surrounding area is in progress (estimated completion Q1 2023).

Athenian Riviera

•The project concerns the construction of a cycle path and a pedestrian path with a total length of 22 km.

• The study for the outline is finalized which has been agreed with the involved bodies (Ministry of Environment and Energy, Region of Attica and Municipalities).

• A technical report has been submitted to the Special Recovery Fund Coordination Service (EFSTA) and approval is awaited.

Renovation and upgrading of hospitals and Health Centers

•By the end of the year, it is expected that the tendering of the projects in five hospitals will begin, with the completion of the licensing and drafting of the tender documents.

-University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI).

– Papageorgiou Hospital, Thessaloniki.

– Triasio.

-University Hospital of Patras.

-‘Agios Pavlos, Thessaloniki.

• The tender is completed (the selection of contractors is pending) for the framework agreement between the Ministry of Health and researchers.

•Immediately after that, studies will begin for Evangelism, the General Hospital of Lamia, the Hippocrates of Thessaloniki and for 156 Health Centers throughout the country.

Research centers

• The tender was completed with the selection of temporary contractors and within the month the contracts for the studies related to the energy upgrade, the renovation of the existing buildings and the construction of new ones for the following research centers will be signed:

-Athena.

-Fleming.

– Pasteur.

– Foundation for Medicobiological Research of the Academy of Athens.

-National institution of Research.

-Hellenic Center for Marine Research.

Upgrading and expansion of industrial parks

• The tender for the appointment of a Consultant who will prepare the invitation to the investment public for the submission of financing proposals and the relevant action guide has been completed.

• Pending the finalization and approval of the invitation.

Utilization of the former Gonou camp in Thessaloniki

• Approval of the contract between TAIPED and GAIAOSE is expected for the maturation of the project and the holding of a tender.

Creation of a business park (logistics) for the relocation of transport companies in the Eleonas area

• The approval of the technical data sheet is awaited by EFSTA for the relocation of the transport companies in the Eleonas area to the Fyli area.

•As part of the project, the maturation of the reception area and the preparation for conducting a tender on behalf of the Tribe Municipality are progressing.
