In any case, as stated in an announcement of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, it remains the obligation to notify in advance any change or modification of the organization of working time, through the form E4: Table of Staff-Supplementary Hours of employees included in the Mechanism for month December.
For the month of November 2021 (Phase B) it is possible to submit the declarations “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(Phase II)” and “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(B. phase) -Correct Repetition “from 1/12/2021 to 8/12/2021.
For the months of September and October 2021 (Phase B) it is possible to submit the declarations “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(Phase II)” and “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “( Phase B) – Correct Repetition “from 1/12/2021 to 8/12/2021 only for employees for whom no declaration of phase B has been submitted and the employees who were excluded from the payments of phase B.

b. in the application for inclusion in the program for the above employees did not state their seasonality, as the special field was not available before 30/6/2021,
in order to be characterized as seasonal and to be subject to par. 11a of article 130 of law 4808 / 19-6-2021 (AD 101), it is given the opportunity to proceed to a correct repetition of the application-responsible application for inclusion in the open program of 100,000 young people subsidized jobs of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs “, in PS. “ERGANI”, in order to declare their seasonality, the special field “Seasonal Business-Employer, in the sense of circumstance B ‘of par. 2 of article 4 of Law 1545/1985 (A’ 91)” are selected. .
