Caixa releases request for Truck Driver Assistance of R$ 2,000; see step by step

Caixa Econômica Federal released the request for Auxílio Caminhoneiro, which will be paid this Tuesday (9) in the amount of R$ 2,000. Through Caixa Tem, drivers registered with ANTT (National Land Transport Agency) are already able to confirm that they were included in the new aid and the value of the two installments.

To make the query, it is necessary to access the Caixa Tem application and select the “Extract” option. Those who are entitled to receive the benefit will find, in future releases, the two installments of R$ 1,000 each, referring to the months of July and August.

TRANSFERS WILL BE LIMITED TO AR$ 600

The deposit of amounts takes place automatically in the digital social savings account opened by Caixa. When the money falls into the digital social savings account, the beneficiary can transfer the amounts to an account at another bank or Caixa Econômica Federal, pay bills, make purchases, make a Pix or generate a code to make the withdrawal.

Operations, however, may be limited. Transfers to another account, even if in the name of the beneficiary, are up to BRL 600 per transaction. In the case of Pix, it is possible to use the Pix for payment and the Pix for withdrawing money, which will oblige the citizen to go to a Caixa ATM, a lottery shop or a correspondent Caixa Aqui.

Amounts not moved within 90 days from the deposit date will be returned to the Federal Government.

The Auxílio Caminhoneiro is not cumulative with the Auxílio Taxista and a benefit will be paid per CPF, regardless of whether the beneficiary has more than one registered vehicle.

It is estimated that more than 870 thousand registered professionals will benefit from the program, which provides for the payment of six installments until December this year.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE CAIXA TEM APP

• Download or update the app on your mobile. To do this, just access the Google Play Store or the Apple Store and download the Caixa Tem app;
• Access is made with CPF and password; open the app and enter the CPF and create a password;
• To generate a password, you will need to follow seven steps. Among the information that must be provided are: CPF, full name, mobile number, zip code, day, month and year of birth and email;
• On the next screen, create a password, confirm the password, go to “I’m not a robot” and click “Register”;
• On your first access, you will receive a code in an SMS message to confirm your identification in the APP;
• Correctly enter your phone number to receive the code; then enter it and you will be able to use Caixa Tem services.

HOW TO CONSULT THE TRUCK AID VALUE

• Open the Caixa Tem app on your cell phone;
• After entering your CPF and password, click on “Extract”;
• Select the “Future” option which will show the next deposits;
• If you are registered, you will see the installments that will be deposited in the digital savings.
