As of this Monday (15), truck drivers without cargo transport operations registered between January 1 and July 27, 2022 can fill out the self-declaration to receive the first two installments of the truck driver assistance (Emergency Benefit to Autonomous Cargo Transporters, the GOOD Trucker).
The Self-Declaration of the TAC Registration Term (Autonomous Cargo Carriers) can be made through the Emprega Brasil Portal or the Digital Work Card between August 15th and 29, 2022. It is only necessary to perform it once to receive the next installments of the benefit.
They receive professionals with RNTR-C (National Registry of Road Cargo Transporters) in an “active” status on July 27, 2022, who make a self-declaration stating that they are able to carry out transport operations until August 29. Once the conditions are met, the payment of the first two installments is scheduled for September 6th.
Anyone who, on July 27, was in “suspended” or “pending” status can regularize their registration. If they are included in the “active” status by August 29th and meet the other requirements, they will receive the second installment on September 6th.
Truck drivers who did not receive the benefit can consult the reason on the Emprega Brasil Portal.
I made the self-declaration after the deadline, now what?
Professionals who meet all the requirements and make the self-declaration after August 29 will only receive the next installments, without retroactive payments.
