Exhibitors and trade visitors will have the opportunity to learn about new trends in the food and beverage industry through the 10 special exhibitions taking place under the Anuga roof: Fine Food, Frozen Food, Meat, Chilled & Fresh Food, Dairy, Bread & Bakery, Drinks, Organic, Hot Beverages and Out of Home.
Organizers have expanded the Anuga Culinary Concepts division, under the new name Anuga Out of Home, to include the full spectrum of the catering segment, which will be aimed at hotels, restaurants and catering companies (HoReCa), catering, trade , and delivery and take away businesses.
The number of declarations of participation of Greek companies interested in participating in the largest International Food and Beverage Exhibition, Anuga 2023, is expected to reach the high levels of Anuga 2019.
At the 2019 exhibition, Greece had its strongest, historically, participation with 286 exhibitors and an exhibition surface that exceeded 6,300 sq.m., while at the last event in 2021, which took place with protection measures against Covid-19, 185 Greek companies covered 4,120 sq.m.
