Rhodes: She accused her partner of putting a camera in her daughters’ room

A strange case is being investigated by the prosecuting authorities of our region, after a complaint made by a 45-year-old woman against her 50-year-old partner, whom she accuses of putting a camera in the room of her minor daughters!

According to information from “Rodiaka”, the 45-year-old foreigner of Albanian origin lived in the same house with her two minor daughters aged 12 and 17 and her 50-year-old partner.

Last night, however, he found that inside the children’s room there was a camera installed, at a high point of the space!

The same information states that the 45-year-old accused the 50-year-old of placing the camera, while a fight ensued and the defendant allegedly hit both the mother and the children.

The whole episode involved the 45-year-old’s brother who “caught hands” with the 50-year-old to defend his nieces and sister, as a result of which lawsuits were filed on both sides and both men were arrested by the police.

Yesterday at noon, the mother with the minor girls, accompanied by the lawyer Mr. Dimos Moutafi, informed the competent public prosecutor of Rhodes about the incident and a preliminary examination was ordered by the criminal judge of Rhodes.

As part of the judicial investigation, an expert report will be made on the injuries allegedly suffered by the mother and daughters, while the camera containing the recording card has already been seized and will be sent to the forensic laboratories to determine if there is recorded material and what material, inside it.

Both arrested men were released after the cases were separated and the one involving the brother’s fight with the 50-year-old was set to go to trial in the early summer of 2023.
