Ágatha Barros, 23, from Rio de Janeiro, told a recruiter that she loves to practice physical activities. “The sport gives you a lot of focus to evolve”, he says. “I think this has a lot to do with work too.”
Gabriela Galindo, 20, from São Paulo, recalls that she did volunteer work and exchange. “Sometimes they’re not looking for the experience, but knowing that you want to learn,” he says.

The CEO of Seja Trainee, Luís Abdalla, remembers a candidate with an engineering degree who used to do crafts as a hobby, but was ashamed to mention it in job interviews.
“And when she started looking at her life story a little, she began to bring out in a very interesting way that she was always a very creative person, who really liked to think about new ways of doing things,” says Abdalla. “And today she is looking for opportunities as an engineer linked to the innovation part.”
