With the instability in the Nubank app this Wednesday (5), it didn’t take long for the bank’s customers to run to Twitter to complain. In the “Procon of social networks”, there are even people talking about putting money back under the mattress, just like their ancestors did.
The flaws in the tool generated a spike in complaints on the website Downdetector, with around 5,000 notifications from users as of late this morning. The revolt is not without reason: the fifth day of the month is when many people receive their salary and pay slips.
