See how to apply for the Auxílio Brasil loan at Caixa

by

Caixa started this Tuesday (11) the contracting of the payroll loan for beneficiaries of Auxílio Brasil. Interested parties can contract the credit with 24 installments of up to R$ 160 per month and an interest rate of 3.45% per month – slightly below the ceiling of 3.5% per month set by the government.

The installments are discounted before the benefit is deposited into the account. Anyone who decides to take out the loan will not receive the full amount of the aid until they pay it off. If for any reason you stop receiving Auxílio Brasil, you will still need to continue paying the installments.

The loan can be requested on the Caixa Tem app, at lottery outlets or at Caixa Aqui correspondents.
