Free today, Sunday, July 6, 2025, ordered by the Prosecutor, owner of an informational website in Volos, who was arrested accused of blackmailing Magnesia MP Zetta Makri.
His arrest was made yesterday – Saturday – in a city cafeteria during a business with hired banknotes, as part of a complaint by the MP. The trial is set for tomorrow, Monday, at 12:00, and the MP will be attended as a witness.
Ms Makri has recently been under intense pressure from the journalist of Volos, who is also known for his involvement in television panels, who allegedly asked her for the amount of 15,000 initially and then “went down” to 10,000 euros, in order to stop publishing negative comments and texts.
Zeta Makri speaking on the show “The Tenths” on SKAIhe said, among other things: “Because we are a very small area and we get to know each other with this journalist and I had a good relationship, I shaken up until I did. I was expecting some move on his part that he would not continue. At least it won’t require money »said Mrs Makri. “The negotiation lasted on my side. Until I make the decision and move on. It took 3 months, maybe more. He was on waiting until I raised the money »she added.
