Mônica Bergamo: McDia Feliz recorded the biggest collection in its history in 2022

This year’s edition of McDia Feliz registered the highest revenue in the history of the event, which has been held in Brazil by McDonald’s since 1988. Big Mac sales reached R$ 25.8 million on August 27th.

GROWN UP

The amount represents a 15% growth compared to the previous edition, in 2021, which raised R$ 22.5 million.

DIVISION

The funds will be allocated to more than 50 institutions across the country that work with pediatric oncology and are led by the Ronald McDonald Institute. Educational projects conducted by the Ayrton Senna Institute will also be contemplated.

AT THE TIP OF THE TONGUE

The president of Instituto Tomie Ohtake, Ricardo Ohtake, attended the opening of the exhibition “Nhe’ẽ Porã: Memory and Transformation”, at the Museum of the Portuguese Language, in São Paulo, held on Tuesday (11). Curated by artist, activist and educator Daiara Tukano, the show brings together works by around 50 filmmakers, researchers, digital influencers and indigenous visual artists.
