Entitled Maria Protocol, in reference to the Maria da Penha law, the document contains guidelines on how to act in cases of aggression or evidence of such episodes.
With recommended measures for trustees, employees and residents, the booklet also guides how to act in cases of violence against children, adolescents and people in vulnerable conditions.
