The payment of of the main and auxiliary November pensions includes, among other things, the scheduling of payments from e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (DYPA) for the week of October 24-28. In total, it is estimated that around 2.1 billion euros will be paid to over 4 million beneficiaries.
In particular, as stated in an announcement by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs:
1. The following payments will be made from e-EFKA next week:
– On Tuesday, October 25, 536.3 million euros will be paid for the main and auxiliary November pensions to 945,265 pensioners from the former entities OAEE, OGA, NAT, ETAA, ETAP-MME and PPC.
– On Wednesday, October 26, 772.1 million euros will be paid to 1,512,142 pensioners of the State, IKA-ETAM, banks and OTE, whose AMKA expires on 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9.
– On Thursday, October 27, 773.5 million euros will be paid to 1,514,618 pensioners of the State, IKA-ETAM, banks and OTE, whose AMKA expires on 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8.
– Next week, 15 million euros will be paid to 600 beneficiaries following the issuance of one-off decisions.
– Finally, 192,000 euros will be paid to 1,161 insured persons for overdue health benefits.
2. The following payments will be made by DYPA:
– 14 million euros to 41,000 beneficiaries for the payment of unemployment benefits and other benefits.
– 19 million euros to 16,000 beneficiaries under subsidized employment programs.
– 4 million euros for 300 participants in public benefit programs (payment of contributions to institutions).
– 1.5 million euros to 2,500 mothers for subsidized maternity leave.
It is also noted that the pensions of uninsured senior citizens and the welfare allowances of the Organization of Welfare Allowances and Social Solidarity (OPEKA) for the month of October will be paid, as planned, on the last working day of the month, i.e. Monday 31 October.
