Did you ask for a loan from Auxílio Brasil and still haven’t received it? see what to do

by

Auxílio Brasil beneficiaries who have had their payroll loan canceled or have their application in process for more than two business days must make a new request in the Caixa Tem application or look for a lottery, a Caixa Aqui correspondent or a bank branch, informed the Cashier.

The complete step-by-step instructions were provided by Caixa in a video released this Monday (24), the same day that the public bank resumed granting loans to beneficiaries of the social program.

On Friday, Caixa suspended loan releases and said it would carry out scheduled maintenance on the system. The decision to block operations was announced after an explosion of access to Caixa’s service channels and a surge in complaints from beneficiaries.

According to reports to the Sheet and on social networks, failures in the bank’s system would have generated the systemic cancellation of contracts, even for those who meet the required criteria. There are also cases where the request is made, but the response does not come out and the request is just “in process”.

If the loan was denied because the beneficiary does not comply with the program’s rules, there are cases in which it is possible to obtain credit after regularizing the registration. However, if the benefit is paid for less than three months, the citizen will have to wait and will only be able to access credit after three deposits of the aid.
