GPA (Grupo Pão de Açúcar) launches its first internship program exclusively for young black professionals. The group starts in 2022 with 25 vacancies to work at the GPA headquarters in São Paulo and one vacancy for the distribution center in Osasco (SP).
Candidates must be expected to graduate between December 2022 and December 2023 in any higher education course. Applications are due on November 19th.
According to GPA, currently 40% of interns and 37.5% of professionals in leadership positions in the company are black. The company claims that it intends to expand these indexes.
