The number of complaints from passengers about the airline Itapemirim has been signaling growing dissatisfaction with the service in recent months, as shown by a survey by Reclame Aqui.
When the company started operating in June, there were only seven complaints records. The following month, the site received 141 complaints about the company. The number rose to 632 complaints in October and 1996 for the entire month of November. In December, until this Sunday (19), there were 1,484, according to Reclame Aqui.
Volume has also accelerated in recent days. From the 1st to the 16th of December, the average of general daily complaints at Itapemirim was 64. On the 17th, 18th and 19th, this level rose to 152 complaints per day, says Reclame.
