Raízen opened more than 4,200 jobs in cities in the interior of São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais and Goiás, for more than 80 positions, of different levels and areas of training, aimed at the ethanol production sector, sugar and bioenergy.

In a statement this Friday (10), the company —a joint venture between Shell and Cosan— pointed out that the selection processes are already underway, with hiring scheduled for February, March and April.

“We have entered the final stretch of another crop year, and preparations for the new cycle have already begun, with several selection processes and hiring in progress, mainly in the EAB area (ethanol, sugar and bioenergy)”, said the coordinator in a note. of Attraction and Selection at Raízen, Aline Panobianco.

The crop in the center-south officially starts in April.

“We are rapidly implementing our expansion plan and expanding the portfolio of renewable solutions, such as second generation ethanol (E2G), effectively contributing to the decarbonization process and reinforcing the commitment to redefine the future of energy.”

The company highlighted that the selection for the next crop year also includes Raízen’s diversity and inclusion goals, which has a public commitment to achieve, by 2025, at least 30% of women in leadership positions.

The company also presents initiatives such as affinity groups, the Transformers, committees formed by Raízen employees on a voluntary basis to discuss and exchange knowledge on Ethnic-Racial, PwD, LGBTQIAP+ and Gender Equity topics.
