Ministry of Labor: The conditions for inclusion in the measures to support artists for January (table)

The terms and conditions for joining the measures to support artists and professionals of Art and Culture, beneficiaries of the special purpose compensation for January 2022, are determined by a decision of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Kostis Hatzidakis and the Deputy Minister of Finance Thodoris Skylakis.

Specifically, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, it is provided that:

Beneficiaries of the special purpose compensation for January 2022 are the artists and professionals of Art and Culture who were registered until 10.01.2021 in the special electronic platform: artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr in the Information System “ERGANI” of Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in specific specialties, which are attached.

2. Artists are entitled to compensation of 534 euros for January 2022, provided that:

(a) do not have a contract of employment with an employer during that month;

b) are not beneficiaries and have received or are receiving or will receive a regular unemployment subsidy from OAED for the above period; and

c) do not receive the special purpose compensation for any reason.

3. In order to receive the compensation, the artists must submit an electronic application-responsible statement for the month of January 2022 on the electronic platform supportemployees.services.gov.gr of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, without requiring a responsible employer statement. There they declare their personal data and the details of their personal bank account (IBAN).

4. The payment of the special purpose compensation is made, after cross-checking and control of the data kept in the special electronic platform artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr, in the PS. “ERGANI”, to OAED and the co-competent bodies, in relation to the submitted responsible statements.

Beneficiaries of special purpose compensation for January 2022 are the artists and professionals of art and culture, who were registered until 10.01.2021 in the special electronic platform: artandcultureprofessionals.services.gov.gr at PS ERGANI of the Ministry of Labor Social Affairs in specific specialties which are the following:
