The pre-selected investment schemes will receive the issues of the second phase of the competition and will gain access to a virtual documentation room, where data and other information about the Argostoli Marina will be posted.
Six investment schemes were pre-selected by TAIPED, as they meet the conditions of participation and the relevant criteria, for the qualification to the second phase (submission of Binding Offers) of the tender for the concession of port operation services (docking services and other services) and the right of use, operation, management and exploitation of Argostoli Marina.
In particular, the default investment schemes are the following (in alphabetical order):

- LAMDA MARINAS SOLE INDIVIDUAL COMPANY FOR HOLDINGS AND EXPLOITATION OF TOURIST PORTS
- Noam Cohen.
The pre-selected investment schemes, after signing the relevant confidentiality agreements, will receive the issues of the second phase of the competition and will gain access to a virtual documentation room (Virtual Data Room), where data and other information about Marina Argostoli will be posted.
The duration of the concession is at least 35 years, while the Fund’s option may be established to further extend the duration of the concession for an additional 10 years at most.
The Marina of Argostoli is located in the bay of Argostoli, on the southwest coast of Kefalonia. It is approximately 11 kilometers from Kefalonia International Airport “Anna Pollatou”. Its capacity is estimated at 174 places with the area of ​​the land zone amounting to approximately 46,000 sq.m.
In the competition, TAIPED has appointed the company “KANTOR BUSINESS CONSULTANTS GREECE SA” as a financial advisor, the law firm “LEXPARTNERS Sfikakis & Associates Law Firm” as a legal advisor and the companies “TRITON Consultants Engineers SA” and “ADKARONIS-DRETTAS-KARLAVTIS Consulting Engineers SA”, as technical consultants.
The managing director of TAIPED, Dimitris Politis, stated that “we are particularly satisfied with the significant investment interest in Marina Argostoliou. It is a priority for us to successfully complete the second phase of the tender as soon as possible, as the essential operation and promotion of this important port infrastructure will catalyze the tourism product of Kefalonia”.
