H Independent Public Revenue Authority, in collaboration with the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance, continues the digitization of processes to serve citizens and businesses, including new categories of stamp duty receipts in the electronic receipt service (e-Receipt).

In particular, the following stamp duties have been included and are now paid through the e-Receipt application:

  • the fixed stamp duty, which is paid in particular in cases where a license is required, such as religious marriage, hunting, operation of tourist or travel agencies
  • proportionate stamp duties, such as for transfer fees, rents and
  • stamp duties paid in advance for transactions carried out mainly by notaries and mortgagees.

Payment of the above fees is made through gov.gr, using taxisnet codes, or through the myAADE digital portal on the way “Applications / Citizens or Businesses / e-Toll”. The stamp duty categories included in the e-Receipt application are detailed in the table and the AADE Circular E. 2044/2023.

From July 10 the above stamp duties are paid exclusively digitally through e-Paravolo, and will not be paid through a DOY visit.
