The Central Union of Chambers of Greece, the executives and the board of directors, collaborated with AADE in order to complete the interoperability system between GEMH and AADE
The Independent Public Revenue Authority, by decision of its commander, Giorgos Pitsilis, puts into production operation from tomorrow, the automatic updating of the tax register with the changes of anonymous companies, through interoperability with the General Commercial Register (GEMI).
In particular, it is no longer required to submit a declaration of change of register data (Form D211) of anonymous companies, for changes concerning the share capital, the expiry of the term, the name, the representation and the status of the legal entity, as:
* the data entered in GEMI are drawn from the information systems, so that the tax register is automatically updated and
* the legal entity receives an email from AADE, regarding the successful registration of all or part of its changes.
In the event that automatic updating of the tax register is not possible, the anonymous company is informed by e-mail of the need to submit a declaration of change.
Henceforth, public limited companies do not have the obligation to submit a declaration of change of operations, nor for changes concerning the distinctive title and the type of their shares, as AADE will look for this information directly on the GEMI website.
The commander of AADE said: “The start of interoperability between AADE and GEMI is a very important step in simplifying procedures and facilitating the everyday life of businesses. And it is the result of many months of intensive cooperation with the Central Union of Chambers of Greece. We continue with determination to remove bureaucratic obstacles in the operation of the business, offering better and better digital services”.
The president of the Central Union of Chambers of Greece, Yannis Masoutis, said: “The Central Union of Chambers of Greece, the executives and the board of directors, cooperated with AADE in order to complete the interoperability system between GEMH and AADE. In the next period, our member companies will benefit from the upgrade of the services that GEMH will offer, overcoming years of bureaucratic obstacles that plagued Greek business”
