The Information System “ERGANI” opens for the submission of declarations for the SYN-ERGASIA Mechanism (1st phase February 2022, 2nd phase January 2022 and December 2021), as well as for the suspension of employment contracts of employees from companies in fire-affected areas of Evo as follows:
A. Deadlines for submission of declarations for the CO-WORK Facility for the month of February 2022 – Phase AD
For the month of February 2022 – First phase COOPERATION, to the companies-employers that wish to join the Mechanism, according to the number 108743 / 31-12-2021 JM (B ‘6323), it is possible to submit declarations “application / statement of membership in the Mechanism “SYN-ERGASIA” (Phase-phase) “and” application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism “SY-ERGASIA” (AD-phase) – Correct Repetition “, provided that any change or modification is notified in advance of the organization of working time, through the form E4: Table of Personnel-Supplementary Hours of the employees that are part of the MECHANISM, from the 1st of February 2022 to the 28th of February 2022.
It is also possible the process of correct repetition of applications / applications for membership in the Mechanism – Phase A, throughout the above deadline.
B. Deadlines for submission of declarations for the CO-WORK Facility for the month of January 2022 – Phase B
For the month of January 2022 – 2nd phase COOPERATION, it is possible to submit the declarations “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERASIA “(2nd phase)” and “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERASIA ” (Phase II) – Correct Repetition “from 4 to 11 February 2022.
C. New deadlines for submission of declarations for the month of December 2021 – B΄ phase COOPERATION
As mentioned in an announcement of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, it is possible to submit the declarations “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(Phase II)” and “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(B ΄ phase) – Correct Repetition “, for the month of December 2021 and only for:
companies that have not submitted a B phase declaration
– companies that have submitted a phase B declaration, exclusively for the employees who were excluded from the payments of the phase B from 4 to 11 February 2022.
Before submitting the form “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” COOPERATION “(Phase B) – Correct Repetition” for employees who were excluded from the payments of Phase B, employers can search for the last application for B phase and, by selecting the “Manage” button, be informed of the reasons for excluding employees from the payments of phase B.
D. Submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of employees of companies in areas of Evia that were affected by the fires
Finally, the Information System “ERGANI” is available from 3 to 28 February 2022 for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all employees for the month of February 2022 by companies employers, based on KAD, based or have a branch in areas affected by the fires and which belong to the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities of Istiaia-Edipsos and Mantoudiou-Lake Agia Anna of the regional unit of Evia, according to the provisions of No. 60622 / 17-8-2021 JMC, as in force.
In the suspension declaration form, they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE “Operations affected by the fires of August 2021, based on KAD”.
