Fiesp’s new female superior council, which was created about two months ago, met this Monday (8) to attend a presentation on the federal government’s work-family balance program and the public notice for the Empresa Amiga seal of the family.
It was an institutional presentation of the project, given by Angela Vidal Gandra da Silva Martins, national secretary of the Family at the Ministry of Human Rights. Published at the end of October, the notice addresses practices such as flexible working hours, paternity leave of more than five days and a policy on positions and salaries.
The new board has names such as hotelier Chieko Aoki, model Luiza Brunet, executive Juliana Azevedo (Procter & Gamble) and Cristiana Arcangeli, who was a judge on the reality show of entrepreneurship Shark Tank.
