Mindsight, a specialist in the application of technology for people management, has developed accessible tests for the recruitment of candidates with hearing and visual impairments.
According to the company, eight tests that indicate personality, skills, interests and reasoning have been reformulated or elaborated.
Changes include contrast, timing to complete the exercise, and reading questions and answers for those who are visually impaired. For people with hearing impairment, the Libras feature was incorporated, which adapts the language according to the candidate’s region.
The development took about a year and a half and was based on interviews with specialized consultancies and more than 30 people with different levels of disability, according to Mindsight.
