The Minister of Finance, Christos Staikouras, noted: “In the 90 years of uninterrupted presence and activity, the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce has assisted in the efforts and extroversion of Greek companies by providing, among other things, valuable know-how and expertise. In addition, it contributed to the attraction of investments, as well as to the strengthening and upgrading of the interstate relations between Greece and the USA in commercial, business and political level. Today, as the Greek economy recovers strongly from the pandemic and enters a trajectory of high and sustainable growth, with the United States constantly increasing its investment position in our country, the chamber is called to continue its successful action by contributing, inter alia, to a national effort to shift the economic model to a more extroverted and sustainable productive model “.

The Minister of Development and Investment, Adonis Georgiadis, stated: “I would like to publicly thank the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce, all its members, the Ambassador of the United States of America to Greece, Mr. Jeffrey Payat, but also all of you, because these 2 , 5 years as head of the ministry, the footprint of American investments in Greece has really exceeded all expectations.
