The final lists of winners, runners-up and excluded, of the new online training program, entitled “Cloud Practitioner Essentials AWS”, were posted today at the address https://www.dypa.gov.gr/nea-anakoinwseis.

The compilation of the tables was carried out in order of priority and based on the prescribed criteria.

Every beneficiary will be immediately sent by the Public Employment Service (DYPA) an informative e-mail about the next steps regarding the registration on the educational platform and the attendance of the online courses.

The action is implemented in the context of the collaboration between DYPA and Amazon Web Services (AWS), with the aim of undertaking joint actions to effectively address the digital divide in the labor market and strengthen the digital economy.

The program, with a total duration of eight training hours, is aimed at 1,000 unemployed people and is offered free of charge by AWS, as part of its corporate social responsibility, while its implementation will be carried out through the official educational institution for Greece, OTE Academy (Amazon Training Partner).

Content covers AWS Cloud concepts, AWS services, security, architecture, pricing, and support to build the knowledge required for certification and a career in cloud computing.

Participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance upon completion of the program.

As stated in a relevant announcement, DYPA continues its successful collaborations with international technology companies to upgrade the necessary skills of the country’s human resources, with an emphasis on the digital skills in high demand in the labor market, enhancing their employability.
