They were posted today Wednesday, February 14, 2024on the website of the Public Employment Service (DOUBLE) the results of the objections to the “new entrepreneurship program for 1,900 beneficiaries, aged between 30 and 55, with an emphasis on the digital economy”.

Specifically, after examining the objections, 423 businesses will be financed in addition to the 741 businesses that were already approved at the end of December 2023.

As stated in the relevant announcement, the action concerns the strengthening of new businesses created by former unemployed people, aged 30-55, in all Regions of the country, except Attica and the South Aegean, with an emphasis on businesses active in digital sectors economy..

The grant amounts to 14,800 euros and is paid as follows:

  • 1st installment of 4,000 euros, after the approval of the financing application,
  • 2nd installment of 5,400 euros, after the end of the first semester from the start or from the date of establishment of all the terms and conditions of eligibility for affiliation and
  • 3rd installment of 5,400 euros, after the end of the second semester from the start or from the date of establishment of all the terms and conditions of eligibility for affiliation.

The program budget amounts to to 28,120,000 euros and is co-financed by the Greek State and the European Social Fund within the framework of the Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation operational program (NSRF 2014-2020) and the Competitiveness program (NSRF 2021-2027).
