Central Bank: registration to change account on gov.br has flaws

The gov.br portal website and application present instability, failures and slowness for users who access the address in search of security level updates. Those who have receivables in the new Central Bank system need to update to be able to transfer the money from March 7.

One of the ways to obtain the silver or gold security level in the government system is through facial biometrics on the gov.br website or app. The photo taken is then compared with the image of the user that has already been registered in the Denatran digital driver’s license databases (in the case of a silver login) or in the digital voter’s title, of the TSE (in the case of the gold level login ).

Another way to increase the level of account security is by logging into the internet banking of a bank accredited by the government portal.

THE sheet tested different ways of updating the security level of the registration this Wednesday (16th) and in only one of them managed to upgrade to the silver level, through the website.

The application presented slow access, black screen when executing commands and abrupt closing when using the tool to obtain the silver level.

On the website, one of the attempts to obtain the gold level through face validation by the TSE displayed the message “Communication error with biometric data server to acquire proven reliability (ERL0012100)”. Could not complete step.

In addition to gov.br, the Meu INSS application also made it possible to increase the security level of the gov.br account through registered facial biometrics. However, the option no longer appears in the app on Wednesday.

The report sought the government and the Ministry of Economy on the subject and did not receive a response until the publication of this text.

To get the gold seal

• This access will only be available to those who have facial biometrics in the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) or to those who have a digital certificate
• In the case of the TSE, you will need to click on “Registration validated by Facial Biometrics (TSE)”
• On your cell phone, you will need to download the gov.br app. First, it is necessary to generate a QR Code on the website, by clicking on “QR Code”
