A narrower price range for the offer of Piraeus shares was announced today by the Financial Stability Fund (TFS).

In particular, the HFSF announced a narrower range of prices within the Price Range for the international offer, ie from 3.90 euros to 4 euros per Offered Share.

In particular, the announcement of the HFSF states:

“In accordance with the provisions of article 17, par. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, the HFSF announces that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on March 5, 2024, today announces a narrower range of prices within the Price Range for the international offer, i.e. from 3.90 euros to 4.00 euros per Offered Share (“Narrower Price Range”). The managers of the international offer have received demand orders in excess of many times the Offered Shares in this Narrowest Price Band.

The managers of the public offering will inform investors participating in the international offer that applications to purchase Offered Shares below the lower limit of the Narrowest Price Range will not be considered for the allocation of Offered Shares.
