According to information, regarding the traditional-symbolic dish of the time which is the lagana, the Minister of Development Kostas Skrekas has asked the board of the Federation of Bakers of Greece, that the price of the lagana fluctuate to last year’s prices. That is, the price of the small lagana (350 g) should range from 1.8 to 2 euros and the price of the large one (750 g) from 2.8 to 3.5 euros.
